Excercise Class

Exercise Class aimed at those who wish to prevent or minimize effect of Osteoarthritis and Osteoporosis. 
It will include improvements in muscle patterns, strengthening and toning as well as flexibility and core alignment etc.

Venue: Nemo Rangers Club, Douglas

Day and Time: Tuesdays 10-11am
Start date: Tuesday 4th October 2016

Cost: 5 weeks at €100,
If paid up by Friday 30th Sept then cost €90
If more than 1 member of family attending then each at €90.
